TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bro-Comm (USA) Inc warrants that goods as shipped will be of a type and condition as described in our Catalog and that options and accessories provided will be as was stated in the Catalog.
Should the goods as received not be to the satisfaction of the customer, we will, at the customer's option, ship alternative goods of equal value or replacement goods or refund the amount paid to the goods (not including shipping charges) less a 25% Restocking Charge provided that the unsatisfactory goods are returned to us within 30 Days.
In the case of equipment described as "Very Good, Good, Fair, Working or As Is", we require that the entire quantity of that type received by the customer and felt by the customer to be unsatisfactory be returned to us within one month for refund or exchange and not just certain selected pieces.
We regret that Geography, long distance telephone expense, time and the limited Dollar value of each order do not provide us with sufficient margin to allow us to perform credit checks, etc. and we therefore ask that you send your cheque with your purchase order. We also accept Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX.
To order equipment, please Fax your requirements quoting the Inventory Number as show in the Catalog. We will confirm by phone or return Fax within 24 hrs that we still have the equipment available to fill your order and till reserve it for you for a period of seven working days pending receipt of your formal Purchase Order. Goods will be shipped to you immediately upon receipt of Purchase Order and Payment.
Prices shown in the Catalog do not include Florida Sales Tax at 7%, where applicable or Shipping Charges. We will quote shipping charges when confirming availability of equipment. Customers are requested to please add Shipping costs (and FST where applicable) to their remittance
